"I had one of the worst experiences ever with this service center, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Issue: My car’s AC was not working properly — sometimes it cooled for a few minutes and then stopped. I visited the service center this year Feb'25, and they diagnosed the problem, claiming that the AC compressor and all related components needed replacement. Trusting their advice, I approved the work, which cost me 55–56k for the AC repair alone. However, after just 2–3 months, the same issue reappeared. If a new AC system was installed, how could the same problem occur? This raises serious doubts about whether the work was done properly. I reported the issue in the WhatsApp group they created during service, but received no response. When I visited the center after 8–9 months, they simply said the car was out of warranty and refused to help. Their attitude changed completely once they realized there was no new business opportunity. They even advised me to “always service your car near your location,” which felt unprofessional. Frankly, I suspect they cheated me — perhaps charging for parts that were never installed. Additionally, I had requested some exterior work and periodic service, bringing the total bill to 78–80k. Despite this, the car was delivered unclean, and the AC vents were filthy, even though they claimed to have replaced the entire AC system. Conclusion: I do NOT recommend this service center for major work. My hard-earned money — nearly 80k — was wasted. Please be careful before trusting them."

"Worst place, once you visit them they make your regret for that. From last 3 months I am getting 3 to 4 calls everyday for my Hyundai car which I sold long back. Every time calling person says that he will update in the system but in next few hours there is another call. Never visit Capital Hyundai if you own Hyundai car and want to live peacefully."
